Brett Favre is easily one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. His official honors alone place him among the most accomplished players in the history of the NFL. These honors include: 11 Pro Bowl selections, 6 All-Pro selections, and 5 NFC Player of the Year awards. Favre is also a Super Bowl Champion, a 2-time NFC Champion, a 3-time Associated Press NFL MVP, and a member of the NFL 1990’s All-Decade Team. Throughout his NFL career, he has played for the Atlanta Falcons, the New York Jets, and the Minnesota Vikings, but he is most celebrated for his amazing 15-year career with the Green Bay Packers of Wisconsin. Between 1992 and 2007, Favre led the Packers to 7 division championships, 2 NFC championship titles, and a Super Bowl victory. During that time, he also became the first player to win the AP MVP honor for three consecutive years (1995-1997). Brett Favre is now generally considered to be the greatest player in Green Bay Packers history, arguably the best quarterback in NFL history, and one of the most talented professional football players ever. However you put it, one thing is clear: Favre is undeniably an NFL legend.
